Unforgettable Adventure! A ɡгoᴜпdЬгeаkіпɡ Dinosaur Excavation Unearths Unimaginable dапɡeгѕ in “Valley of Bones”

I’ve got a trailer here for an upcoming new thriller called Valley of Bones, which is a film I’ve never heard about until today. It actually looks like an interesting movie! The story revolves around a dinosaur archeological dig that takes a deadly turn, but not in the Jurassic Park kind of way.

The movie has a modern day western vibe to it, which is what lured me in. I enjoy watching those kinds of films, like No Country For Old Men and Hell or High Water. It might not be as great as those films, but I’ll still watch it.

The movie is described as a “nail-biting adventure thriller set in the oil-rich Badlands of western North Dakota.” It stars Autumn Reeser (The OC) as Anna, who is a single mother and paleontologist and Steven Molony as McCoy, a meth-addicted oil worker.

The two characters “form an unlikely bond as they both struggle to make amends for their criminal pasts. Their hopes lay in the form of a monumental T. rex fossil, the discovery potentially worth millions. Anna needs this once-in-a-lifetime find to set both her career and her relationship with her son back on track. McCoy needs the money to pay off his debts to a local cartel boss and to save his own young daughter’s life. With their motivations over the bones pulling them in opposite directions, can Anna and McCoy trust one another or will they soon turn into adversaries themselves?”

The movie was directed by Dan Glaser and picked up for distribution by Smith Global Media. CEO Harry Smith had this to say about the movie:

The movie also stars Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul’s Mark Margolis, who plays one badass dude. is set to be released on September 1st. Watch the trailer below and let us know what you think. Things start to get pretty wild at the end of the trailer.
