Giant crocodiles from prehistoric times attack humans and receive a bitter ending that makes everyone happy.

 

During a ten-day hunting expedition, Garrett Wales, a hunter from Texas, took down a legendary crocodile in Zimbabwe’s Savé Valley. The crocodile, rumored to be a “man-eating dinosaur,” measured a colossal 15 feet. This enormous predator was said to inhabit a local irrigation pond, raising concerns among villagers.

 

Despite lacking concrete evidence of the crocodile’s existence, Wales was motivated by the potential threat it posed to villagers who continued to fetch water and bathe near the pond. With guides’ assistance, Wales set bait and returned the next day, finding nothing eaten.

 

Surprisingly, the beast revealed itself, lurking within the reeds. After days of pursuit, the crocodile evaded them, slipping back into the water on multiple occasions. However, persistence paid off on the fifth day, when they unexpectedly encountered the creature near the pond.

 

 

 

Wales shot the crocodile point-blank with a .33 Nosler rifle, requiring multiple people to load the estimated 1,000-pound reptile onto a truck. Although some praised his efforts to protect the village, others criticized him for not capturing and relocating the crocodile instead.

 

Wales posted images of the massive crocodile on social media, prompting mixed reactions. Despite the controversy, Wales stands by his actions, asserting that the situation was more complex than it seemed. The incredible feat left him astounded, remarking that he had never experienced anything like it in his hunting endeavors.
