After five years of marriage without a child, Amaechi finally gave birth to not one, not two, not three, but five healthy infants.
The quintuplets, consisting of three boys and two girls, were born on Thursday, March 30 at Trinity of Awka in Anambra State.
Since then, friends and relatives have flocked to Ocmaria to wish the couple luck.
Nzubechi Elizabeth, a user on Facebook, wrote:
“God is merciful. A woman named Chidimma Amaechi recently gave birth to five (quintuplet) children at Trinity Orthodox Church in Awka, Anambra State. McE doesn’t tire, Jesus!”
Another Facebook user, Nnamani Nicky Ginika, wrote:
“Big congratulations to dear Chidimma Amaechi. The Lord has shown you mercy after 9 years of waiting. To every woman trusting God for the fruit of the womb, the Lord will remember you in this way. Amen.”
